About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily physical security operations at the data center.

  • Lead and manage on-site security officers and security service providers.

  • Monitor and enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.

  • Oversee CCTV monitoring and security surveillance activities.

  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, and emergencies.

  • Prepare incident reports and maintain security documentation.

  • Conduct regular security inspections and audits.

  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and other internal stakeholders on security-related matters.

  • Support emergency response planning and security awareness initiatives.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security operations.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Experience working in Data Centers, Technology Facilities, Industrial Sites, Manufacturing Plants, Commercial Buildings, or other high-security environments is preferred.

  • Experience managing outsourced security guards/vendors is preferred.

 

Mandatory Certification:

Candidates must possess at least one of the following Indonesian security certifications:

  • Gada Pratama

  • Gada Madya

  • Gada Utama

Candidates with Gada Madya or higher certification are preferred.
