We're looking for a commercially minded and detail-focused Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Fuel Pricing and Performance team team

In this role, you'll help shape pricing decisions across multiple regions by providing clear, evidence-led insights that support commercial performance and continuous improvement. Your work will contribute to volume, margin and profitability improvements, helping colleagues make informed, evidence-led decisions across products and markets.

You'll work closely with country directors, customer-facing teams across Sales, Account Management and Customer Service, as well as central functions including Finance, Financial Operations and IT. By building strong relationships across the business, you'll provide valuable insight and recommendations that support commercial performance and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong attention to detail with stakeholder engagement and wants to see the direct impact of their work on business performance.

Your daily responsibilities will include...

  • Leading pricing initiatives - Drive projects that improve how Fuel pricing works operationally across the P&P team.
  • Executing country initiatives - Work with country business partners to deliver pricing changes that directly affect P&L for different Fuel products and regions.
  • Evaluating performance - Compare volume and margin against targets across multiple dimensions and identify where performance can improve.
  • Owning analysis end to end - Own the journey from requirements gathering through exploratory work, accuracy checks and stakeholder review to final impact assessment.
  • Building forecasting models - Create models that predict week on week movements in volume and margin so the team can act ahead of problems.
  • Reporting findings - Build reports in Excel and Tableau that communicate evidence-led reporting, clearly to stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Educated to degree level with a minimum 2:2 (Lower Second Class Honours)
  • Can build and interpret forecasting models to predict volume and margin movements
  • Has strong working knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Can build reports and dashboards in Tableau
  • Can identify performance gaps by investigating data across multiple dimensions such as product, region or channel
  • Can explain analytical findings clearly to non-analytical stakeholders such as sales or country directors
  • Can carry out accuracy and audit checks on their own work and findings before sharing it

Desirable:

  • Has used Python and SQL to extract or manipulate data for analysis
  • Has managed a team or coordinated the work of others
  • Has managed stakeholders across two or more functions, such as finance and sales, to deliver a shared outcome
  • Has worked in a pricing, revenue management or commercial finance role

  • A workplace where you're trusted to own outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Colleagues across functions who value clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Support to develop your commercial and analytical skills on the job.
  • A culture that expects you to speak up when the data says something needs to change.

Not only will you have the chance to further your career development within Radius, but you’ll also have access to our competitive reward and benefits package.
