About the Role
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du betreust den Bestellprozess der TabletKlasse und übernimmst die gesamte Abwicklung
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden vor Ort und am Telefon
- Du übernimmst gewissenhaft die Rechnungsstellung
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und unterstützt diese bei Bedarf
Das solltest du mitbringen:
- Du bist ein wahres Kommunikationstalent und beherrscht Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Du konntest erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit sammeln
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Schul- oder Berufsausbildung
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Apple Produktkenntnisse mit
- Du bist Organisationsstark und behältst stets den Überblick
- Du arbeitest Lösungsorientiert, motiviert und zuverlässig
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer der auch in Hochphasen einen kühlen Kopf behält
