About the Role

Job description

This job is only for internal applicants - if you are not employed by Rostudios your application will not be taken into account.

Rostudios is a fast-growing international fitness and lifestyle brand, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Talent Coach to join our Concepts team as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.

  • Class observation: arriving at the studio on time and ready before class, letting the instructor know they're there for their review, and observing the full class.
  • Feedback preparation: after class, while the instructor wraps up, going through the written notes, making sure they're legible, and structuring them for the feedback conversation.
  • Feedback conversation: giving feedback to the instructor in person where possible (preferred), or agreeing on and hosting a follow-up call.
  •  Documentation: completing the feedback form and writing up the feedback points clearly, so they can be shared directly with the instructor.
  • Close-out: updating Asana and emailing the written feedback to the instructor.

About us

At Rostudios, we believe movement has the power to transform lives. As the brand behind Rocycle and Roform, our vision is simple yet bold: To inspire people to be fit and happy. Every day. Every class.

Founded in 2015 by Rogier, Rostudios began with a single idea - to make fitness feel joyful, human, and connected. What started as one concept has grown into a global community spanning 4 countries and 2 continents, with studios in Amsterdam, Berlin, New York City, Antwerp, Munich, Brussels, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Düsseldorf, Utrecht, and more.

We’re a fast-growing company with a clear vision and an unshakable passion for people. Our mission goes beyond workouts: we uplift. From the riders on the bike to the reformer enthusiasts on the carriage, to the teams who make it all happen behind the scenes - every person plays a part in creating something extraordinary.

Our Concepts

Rocycle
Rocycle is our rhythm-based indoor cycling experience - an immersive ride where music, movement, and motivation come together. Lights low, energy high, and heart open: head in the clouds, in the moment, all we have is now. Riders leave inspired and empowered, guided by best-in-class instructors who bring rhythm, heart, and connection to every class.

Roform
Roform is our Pilates-inspired reformer strength workout that combines breath work with strength, mobility with flexibility. It’s a mindful yet powerful practice designed to build balance and awareness from the inside out. Every class helps you move your mind home to your body, leaving you feeling grounded and strong.

Our Community

We believe in high-quality experiences at an inclusive price, welcoming a wide variety of people into our studios. Our spaces are built on energy, warmth, and belonging. At Rostudios, everyone fits in - no matter where you start, or how you move.

Our instructors and studio teams are at the heart of it all. They inspire. They motivate. They create the magic that keeps our community coming back, class after class.

This is more than fitness. It’s social fitness redefined.
It’s a movement, a mindset, and a community.

If you’re ready to grow, inspire, and move people every day - join us at Rostudios.
