Job Title: Outpatient Family Physician for an Internal Medicine Practice

Location: Red Lion – York, PA

Employment Type: WellSpan is currently seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Physician to join our established IM practice in southern York County, PA.

What you can expect at your practice: 

• Join a great clinical team that includes 6 other physicians and advanced practice professionals 
• Full time, outpatient position – 35 hours a week of direct patient care
• See patients age 18 and older
• Benefits of established practice with a robust patient panel
• Monday – Friday schedule; Call Rotation consist of phone calls
• Suburban/rural office with access to on-site lab and imaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
