About The Company
KG Talent is the in-house Talent Acquisition team supporting a group of established and growing Australian businesses. We recruit directly for our affiliated companies, connecting talented people with genuine career opportunities across the group. Each business has its own identity, culture and expertise, and our role is to understand what makes each organisation unique and find people who will thrive within it. Our approach is simple: recruitment should be human, transparent and focused on the long-term. We work closely with our hiring leaders to understand their teams and business needs, while providing candidates with a genuine insight into the opportunities and organisations they are considering. We’re not an external recruitment agency or a volume recruiter. We are part of the businesses we recruit for, working alongside our leaders and teams to build great organisations and create meaningful, long-term career opportunities. Explore our affiliated businesses and discover the opportunities currently available across the group. We take pride in our personalised approach. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all recruitment — every role, every team, and every person is unique. That’s why we take the time to understand both our partner companies and our candidates, ensuring every placement feels like the right fit for both sides. Our focus is on quality, not quantity. We build long-term relationships with the organisations we represent, giving us deep insight into their culture, values, and goals. This allows us to provide candidates with genuine insight and confidence as they explore opportunities within these businesses. Whether you’re looking for your next career move or hiring within one of our partner organisations, KG Talent is here to make the process simple, transparent, and human.
