About the Role
You will be the sole operator at our Strasbourg site, responsible for ensuring its smooth day-to-day operation of a small site independently.
In this role, you will be involved in production, logistics, and maintenance, while strictly adhering to health, safety, and quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities
Production / Machine Operation
- Operate and monitor industrial recycling and production equipment
- Start, stop, and adjust machinery and equipment
- Strictly follow Health & Safety requirements and quality procedures
- Handle and assemble products
- Work independently at the site
- Perform manual recycling activities
Logistics / Inventory
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Organize and maintain the warehouse
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift (CACES 3 certification required)
Maintenance
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform first- and second-level maintenance
- Coordinate with external service providers when required
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- A high level of independence and strong organizational skills
- Versatility, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- The ability and willingness to work independently as the sole operator on an industrial site
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep the remote team informed through email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone
