Location: Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Haslett, and surrounding areas
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Overnight shifts, with hours varying based on client needs.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Overnight Caregiver, you'll help clients feel safe and supported throughout the night.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship, reassurance, and overnight supervision.
- Assisting with toileting, personal hygiene, and bedtime routines.
- Helping clients safely get in and out of bed.
- Assisting with mobility and safe transfers.
- Supporting clients living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or Parkinson's disease.
- Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Monitoring client needs and communicating concerns to the care team.
- Following individualized care plans.
Your presence can make all the difference to someone who needs support during the night.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have a genuine passion for helping older adults.
- Are compassionate, dependable, patient, and trustworthy.
- Can remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout overnight shifts.
- Have reliable transportation to clients' homes.
- Are comfortable providing personal care and mobility assistance.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members.
- Are willing to complete paid training.
- Meet applicable background screening requirements.
Caregiving experience is preferred but not required!
We welcome CNAs, home health aides, personal care assistants, and individuals who have cared for family members.
