Minnie Olivia Pizzeria Medley in Johns Creek, GA is looking for a passionate Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and attention to detail
- Manage prep work including dough handling, sauce preparation, and topping setup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstation
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure product quality
- Assist with receiving and properly storing food inventory
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of pizza dough, sauce preparation, and topping techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
