We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Bar Waiter to join our dynamic hospitality team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this role, you will deliver exceptional beverage and food service to our guests, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. You will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests throughout each shift, recognizing their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits, and food offerings, and make informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation of the bar area, including proper setup of tables, glassware, and furnishings
• Accurately process guest orders and payments using point-of-sale systems, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and cash handling procedures are followed
• Work collaboratively with bar staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service during all operating periods
• Attend pre-service briefings and stay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and operational updates
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing orders and managing multiple tables simultaneously
• Maintain strict adherence to licensing laws, food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and fire safety protocols
• Present yourself punctually at the beginning of each shift in proper uniform with impeccable personal hygiene
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet business and customer service needs
• Communicate proactively with team members and management to resolve issues and contribute to a supportive work environment

• Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and food and beverage products
• Excellent customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service settings
• Impeccable presentation standards and commitment to personal hygiene
• Knowledge of licensing laws, food safety regulations, and health and safety requirements
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to stand, move, and carry items throughout shifts
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service delivery
• Team collaboration and willingness to support colleagues
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Egyptian nationality is accepted.
V. Good in English, additional languages are a plus.
