About the Role
Description
The Maintenance Technician - Field must be skilled to support the upkeep and maintenance of multiple PRC residential properties. This mobile role requires travel between sites and collaboration with a team of mechanics based on business needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our residents across locations. Must be skilled with plumbing.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various PRC properties to address maintenance needs and support ongoing initiatives
- Identify and repair maintenance issues with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with residents, site staff, and supervisors
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
- Light carpentry
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical repairs
- Sheetrock repair and spackling
- Flooring replacement and painting
- Complete service work orders, prepare units for turnover, clean common areas, remove trash, and assist with snow and ice removal as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Personal set of tools required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team across multiple locations

Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour, based on experience.
