As the company scales, this role owns the operating systems that catch risks early, translate performance data into action, and ensure new initiatives drive measurable outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor position — not an advisory role — sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and hands-on implementation. You'll be accountable for turning the company's most consequential fulfillment problems into scalable mechanisms.What You’ll DoDefine metrics and operating systems for legal production and service qualityBuild dashboards and early-warning tools that surface risks before client escalationsEstablish feedback loops connecting case outcomes, quality issues, and operational interventionsDesign performance scorecards and accountability mechanisms for fulfillment teamsIdentify root causes behind communication gaps, delays, and inconsistent outputDevelop scalable QA processes, including AI-assisted quality checksLead cross-functional initiatives spanning Legal, Product, Engineering, Data, and OperationsWhat We're Looking ForMust-haves:5–7 years in strategy and operations, consulting, or high-growth technology-enabled servicesStrong analytical skills with ability to synthesize fragmented quantitative and qualitative dataStructured problem-solver who can frame senior-level strategy and execute hands-onDemonstrated ability to build dashboards, operating processes, and AI-assisted systemsAble to drive alignment across functions without relying on formal authorityNice-to-haves:Experience in marketplaces, legal services, or complex fulfillment environmentsFamiliarity with QA frameworks or performance incentive designThis is for you if....You want to own hard problems end-to-end, not just advise on them.
