About the Role
Artemis is building the future of AI-driven defense – helping companies detect and defend themselves effectively in an era where AI is fighting AI on the cyber battlefield.
We’re backed by First Round Capital, Brightmind, and a group of the cybersecurity industry’s most prominent Operators.
Our founders, Shachar (ex-Palo Alto Networks, AWS, Demisto) and Dan (ex-Abnormal Security, Twitter) have previously built, launched, and scaled cybersecurity products loved and trusted by tens of thousands of customers, and have the customer, technology, and security know-hows to deliver this vision.
Our exceptionally strong team includes software engineers, AI researchers, security engineers, and product designers hailing from Google, Abnormal AI, Wiz, Meta, AWS, and SentinelOne.
We are growing our team and looking for passionate builders to join us and support our expanding customer base.

You’ll partner with Account Executives to win complex enterprise deals, lead deep technical discovery, and demonstrate how Artemis solves real security problems for SOC analysts, security engineers, and CISOs. You’ll architect proofs-of-value, navigate procurement and security reviews, and serve as the trusted technical advisor from first call through close.

Serve as the primary technical owner in pre-sales, partnering closely with Account Executives on deal strategy

Answer complex questions around product architecture, detection logic, scalability, data handling, and deployment

Support pilots, POVs, and technical validation efforts in customer environments

Address technical objections and advise on best-practice deployment, rollout, and detection tuning strategies

Lead responses to security questionnaires, RFPs, and vendor risk reviews (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA where relevant)

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security Research, RevOps, and customer teams to unblock deals and share field insights

Ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales and contribute to pre-sales playbooks, demos, and technical messaging

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architects, or similar pre-sales technical role in B2B cybersecurity

Comfortable leading technical conversations with security practitioners, security architects, and CISOs across complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of modern security architecture: identity, endpoint, network, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and common log sources (CloudTrail, Okta, endpoint telemetry, etc.)

Familiarity with detection frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK) and threat modeling

Comfort with APIs, scripting (Python, Bash), and query languages (KQL, SPL, SQL)

Able to clearly explain complex technical and security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Trusted, credible, and customer-oriented in high-stakes sales environments

Comfortable managing multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously

Experience supporting enterprise or technically complex security sales motions

Background in security implementations, technical program management, customer onboarding, or post-sale handoffs a plus

Relevant certifications (OSCP, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, cloud security certs) a plus
